Where am I going wrong with my build? RF Chieftain

First character I made following a build the best I can. Not sure where I am going wrong and how I can improve. Thanks for your input.

What do you think is wrong with it? regen? survavibility? damage?

Nonetheless, the pathing in the south is bad, by moving Shield charge to your shield (brutality is pointless and you could have crafted lightning damage on your ring so shield charge activates your EE) and you could put the scorching ray in the gloves, and it would become a 4L, (and even better if you essence the gloves it becomes 5L). Also, elemental prolif could be replaced with another gem imo for RF. Also near the life wheel you have an easy slot for a jewel which is important. Also, 3 nodes for AoE are unnecessary, 2 at most and it's probably you could do better (ie a good jewel = life+burning damage) than the 2 points. I think a good rare jewel would be better too.

Either way RF life gets better as you level and upgrade stuff like: getting PoF to be lvl 23 (one way or another).
