New Keystone: life and mana flask durations are not removed on full life
1) Where would you place it?
I'd put it between duelist/ranger/shadow area 2) What other mods does it have? 20% increased duration but 40% reduced effect of mana/life flasks 3) Could it work, or too op? If you nerf the effects and duration correctly it shouldn't be hard to find balance. Why not? Good for MF-ers with DivDist flask. For me, example. Scion area is best for me (NoPantsGranny) and good for all other classes.

I like the gist of the idea. Gives another strong option besides leech and regen.
