I know it is sounds a bit retarded to ask but have you considered of using impulsa with power charge on crit gem? Or is it too much for clearspeed?

Another question is what in terms of upgrade you prioritize more helm enchant or hatred watcher's eye? I play this build right now sometimes I have a chain of unlucky non-crits and I instantly die.

I got helm enchant on lightpoacher and get aspect of the cat. I will try to get a 23% quality gems but I don't think it is right to get gems first before watcher's eye with +crit. Also I will try to get with -mana to skills but it is really rare I think.
