Latency issues [WinMTR included]

It's been like this for a week+ at the exact same times every day now. I contacted GGG through mail but no reply. Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this issue? I can record more WinMTR if needed.

I had this exact issue a couple of years back, I made a post about it but nothing ever happened. I had to stop playing back then for a while because of it. Eventually when I came back the issue was gone. That thread has more details about the exact issue.

The same thing is happening again. It started a couple of days ago.

My ping is spiking all over the place, I get severe stuttering in game and even my fps gets lower. The gateway doesn't matter, it's the same on all of them. I use frankfurt as I get the best ping on that one.

This happens mostly during primetime, maybe 7-11 during evenings. Sometimes also during non-primetime hours but to a lesser extent.

Looks like the latency is introduced at SoftLayer, who host the GGG servers. The GGG support team do read these forums, so they will have seen this, and with that evidence they should work with SoftLayer to resolve it.

They rarely reply here, though, so if you want confirmation that it is fixed you should take the content of the post to an email with GGG technical support. That'll get you a personal response, even if just "we passed it to the internal server people" or whatever. :)
This is getting even worse. Not only is it happening at certain times, it's pretty much all the time now.

The stuttering, ping, lag etc is so severe the game is unplayable. Ping spiking up to 1000 and I can hardly move at all, my character is warping and teleporting all over my hideout. Is anything being done about this?

What did GGG technical support say in response to your email?
They didn't respond.

GGG told me to contact my ISP. My ISP told me to contact GGG.
Still happening. No idea what to do anymore.
