Help, IS rotc really dead build now? if there is can someone send me link/guide pls T_T i miss my ROTC

I have one with over 8mill shaper dps with no unrealistic buffs like shock etc unless your talking new version then ye its dead use death opus in this case maybe

If you have a 4 arrow ROTC it's fine
There is no "ROTC" build, it's just a bow you can use. Apply brain Fake Temp League Elitists LUL
