Spell totem mtx with icestorm

Hi, icestorm with spell totem is not able to use spell totem mtx, not a huge deal but mildly dissapointing,

If you purchased the Spell Totem Support MTX specifically for use with The Whispering Ice you could e-mail support@grindinggear.com and ask if they'll refund the purchase.

Bump. Please fix totem skins not working with skills from items in general. Soul Mantle is another example, staple chest in probably 50% of totem builds out there but doesnt work with mtx...
