[3.3] VoidForge Crit Champion | Uber Elder Vid | Cyclone + Many more skills

So i found this info about EE


Each element you hit with grants 25% bonus resistance to that element versus further hits of that element, and -50% resistance to other elements (until overwritten by another EE). If you use multiple elements, all elements used grants bonus resistance to further hits, which is the "penalty", here. The elements are not considered separately. If you use Fire and Cold, it is Fire +25% Cold +25% Lightning -50% on further hits. If you use all three, it's simply +25% resistance to all three on further hits, nothing takes the -50.


So that means we are doing worse dmg with ee right?

u do better with ee if u have no source of extra ele dmg. like auras, flat ele on gear. gain as on ammy etc.

other wise u do worse.
OP, I'm guessing you abandoned this build? Either way, I'm thinking of building something similar next league. Probably would start sunder with Kondo's and transition into voidforge with clearing on weapon, heavy strike on chest

Bandits:
Skill Points

Pantheon:
For Major God: Max Upgraded Soul of Lunaris
For Minor God: Upgraded Soul of Shakari for Poison immunity or Soul if Yugul for Elemental Reflect maps.

Pros:
+ Usable with many skills
+ Can do every Boss in the game
+ Elemental Equilibrium for more crazy damage!

Cons:
- Expensive, Since Uber Elder was just released this league.
- Can't do elemental reflect maps

Gear Breakdown




Helm:
  • In the helm slot i'd recommend Abyssus.
  • A Starkonja or Devotos is a safer option if your scared of using Abyssus.
  • A rare to fill Resists will work fine as well.




Chest:
  • The New Loreweave armor is a great assest to this build. Providing Flat phys,Max Res,Elemantal Damage and life. Good luck divine the rolls!
  • Kaom's Heart is the best option if you like high HP Pools. You will be using a 4L Totem then.
  • Belly of the Beast is another solid option if you struggle to cap resistances.
  • Shroud Of The Lightless is a second option instead of Loreweave it gives you 37% pen and a Abyss jewel slot. When picking skills for Shroud ive placed the links in order of importance under skils




Rings:
  • A Rare Steel Ring with life, Flat Physical, Resists, Elemental Damage and Int.




Belt:
  • Perseverance is my choice, Since we try to balance Evasion and armor. Also permanent onslaught!
  • Get a Stygian Vise Belt with life, resists and Elemental Damage with Attacks.
  • Get a Rare Belt with life, resists and Elemental Damage with Attacks.
  • Headhunter enough said.




Amulet:
  • Daresso's Salute is your Best in Slot Option. Everything about this amulet is great!
  • Rare amulet with intelligence, Crit multi, Crit chance, life, Resists and Flat Physical Damage.
  • Rare Elder amulet with Physical Conversion + Any of the rare Amulet Mods.




Gloves:
  • Tombfist are your Best in slot gloves either with the curse corruption or 2 Abyssal Jewel Slots
  • Rare Gloves With Life/Flat Ele/AS/Acc/Res.




Boots:
  • Rare boots with resists, life, movement speed and WeD.



Sword:
  • Voidforge is what the guide is biased on.



Abyss Jewels:
  • Life > Flat Physical To Attacks/Swords > Attack Speed > Crit Multi > Res

Jewels:
  • You want Life > Attack Speed > Crit Multi > Area Damage > Res





Flasks



Dying sun if your using Molten Strike.

Heres were you have some choices when it comes to mapping with skills.

Cyclone - Melee Physical Damage - Elemental Damage with Attacks - Increased Critical Strikes - Increased AoE - Elemental Focus/Damage on full life

Heavy Strike - Maim - Melee Physical Damage - Elemental Damage with Attacks - Increased Critical Strikes - Elemental Focus/Damage on full life

Lacerate - Melee Physical Damage - Increased Critical Strikes - Increased AoE - Multistrike/Faster Attacks (Preference) - Elemental Focus/Damage on full life

Flicker Strike - Melee Splash - Multistrike - Increased Critical Strikes - Melee Physical Damage - Elemental Damage with Attacks

Enchants:

Helmet:

15% Cyclone Attack Speed
40% Cyclone Damage

+3 Molten Strike Projectiles

Ancestral Warchief Totem grants 30% increased Melee Damage while Active
Ancestral Protector Totem grants 18% increased Attack Speed while Active

12% increased Reave Radius
40% increased Reave Damage

Heavy Strike has a 12% chance to deal Double Damage

60% increased Lacerate Critical Strike Chance
12% increased Lacerate Area of Effect

9% increased Flicker Strike Damage per Frenzy Charge
40% increased Flicker Strike Damage


Boots:
16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently
0.6% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently
Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently






Why Crit?
Because theirs no reason not to with Champions Taunt ascendancy, Giving you "Hits cant be evaded against taunted enemies."

Why Elemental Focus?
It provides higher damage consistent damage, But you cant shock enemies.
If you would like to shock enemies use Damage on Full Life instead.

How do you think the damage compared to windripper? Also, did it feel tanky enough to do guardians/shaper? I'm going to create a hybrid build of this and ahfacks voidforge assassin for next league

The DPS version you linked has the increased fortify effect ascendancy node skilled, but not the "you have fortify" one. Without fortify gem, how are you gaining fortify?

Single target potential is higher. Clear speed was less than windripper.

Shaper and guardians are really easy.

Just be aware that it requires alot of investment to scale the phys to ele build
