Nets should have no lower bound

Higher level nets should be able to capture any creature lower than their max level cap.

This would make more sense, and also mean less net micromanagement.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

They already can. I don't know what the lower limit on the level range is supposed to do, but currently throwing a high-level net on a low-level monster just captures it instantly.

Oh wow, lol thanks for spotting that. I thought I had tried it before without success.

Yeah I'm too lazy to change them and went to lower areas for missing beasts and catch them all.
Censored.
they say from level x-y so you know in which area the nettype starts to drop tleast thats the only things that would make sense to me.
Yea, it's really misleading there, those bounds are where they can drop, but it's better to think of them like the different pokeballs, you could totally masterball that caterpie, but it's unnecessary. I'm 90% sure that the nets just each have a flat hp threshold that they need to be at for a catch, so you can just throw a high level one at a low level thing and auto catch it.
