Question: Most viable build?

I've been searching for the most viable build but I have been told it's basically everything can't do all map mods or bosses. What I mean by viable is a build that can complete all map mods, bosses, and content and has either high survival or is easy. I don't care about expense, cost, or speed. Speed would be nice but not necessary. I've been told that Burning Spectres are the most viable as they can do everything easy but they are expensive, not the fastest, and a pain to level. Any other builds that fit this description? I also enjoy builds where you don't have to sit still to deal damage such as minions, totems, or cyclone.
