I'm feeling extremely weak. lv 86 ranger back after 2 years.

Hi Rangers.

I've recently decided to come back to POE.
I had a quite some currency laying around so I tried a newer build.
Now I cant even proper run a normal map. Not even without mods.

I'm completely stuck.

I need some proper help to get back on track.
Anyone capable of giving me some advice?

Fully Ascend and/or Complete Lab... Doesn't look like you've done any. They make a world of difference. Can assist in the evenings, but they require Trials so I'd read up a bit.

Windripper is insanely strong now especially as Abyss Jewel was released last Patch:



Damage can get crazy, just an example of one with a higher range of mods. Can spawn with 4 Flat damage rolls.

I run Hatred and Ashes but I cant even keep my mana up.

If i cast 2-3 TS i'm already out of mana.
Any tips on that?

First of all Windripper has next to no Physical Damage, guide does not say to run Hatred (scales from Physical) or HOA (same). Wrath and Herald of Ice or Thunder is superior. If Int is too low, temporary solution is Anger too.

Mana Leech issued there are nodes for that, most popular is right by Herbalism.

Youre an absolute legend, ill definitely read up everything right now and i'll try them out in a few hours.
