Realistically, how many stacks of Tailwind do you maintain?

Just curious. Not just for bow builds, but melee builds as well. How easy is it too keep up stacks? Cuz the thing about Raider is that her speed is pretty much permanent. I'm just wondering how much the uptime of Deadeye speed compares.

depends what your using, but on bosses its probably the full 100% bonus to it as you only need 10 attacks per 4 seconds for that, some builds get 10 aps lol

I'm playing a Cwdt Deadeye and i'm at 0 stack permanently cause im not using any skill and my character can't even trigger any skill linked with Cwdt because i've so much evasion and spell/attack dodge. Don't ask me why please.
