Can't caputre Echo verdant arachnid \ something wierd with my bestiary

Reference number is 2.226.905.000

Prerequisits:
I got prohpecy on pale council I and wen't to southtern forest to kill mobs. There I found out that I can capture some of them.

What happened:
I started to capture one by one all of them, but always saw that spiders are new. Then I thought that it can be new net mechanism wich just simply throw the net on another monster. However after killing all other monster except one spider and after capturing him still nothing happend. I didn't see him as new monster in my bestiary. Then I tried to dig deeper this problem and below are screenshots of what I found:

First: My bestiary is not full (as shown)


Second, I tried:
1) To move to another location
2) Restart the game

Finally, I found out that:
I still didn't have echo of verdant spider in my collection


I have 84 / 56 spiders !!


And as a cherry on the top of a cake (I think those echo verdants arachnids are there but not shown, somewhere between beyond and harbinger dimension:)))
