bad allocation

hello! I have a problem, game crashes and write bad allocation mistake. Thats happens in 2 differend pc :(. What i have to fix?

Tutorial worked fine but when trying to enter first city these errors popped up:

Exception: bad allocation
Exception: "Art/.../...smd" Failed to uncompress file
(the second one shows up several times with different files)

Restart did not fix it. Second character (freshly created) had same problem when entering city. Everytime I log in these errors show up after less than 5 min.

PachCheck.exe did not find anything wrong.
I am not using steam, just standalone game.
Changing settings did not do anything. Multithreading is disabled.

Help on what to do to fix it would be appreciated.
