ah...I dont know, but they might have. I haven't seen one since CB....so its safe to say yes. They changed a few things around for OB, getting rid of a few types of things and replacing them with others.

They were removed to be reworked. Glad, they were clearly OP.

wish they still had these in.. even if nerfed by alot. maybe making them only double or triple your actual crit change so you would actually need to focus on crit from passives aswell.
