An End to Hunger - Final Boss kill Kitava bugged for me?

I asked a guildmate to rush me through the final act and a half.

Everything was fine and when we got to the final boss, I died. I thought I should stay dead, but by doing so I may have bugged the quest.

The quest now reads: "You have finally defeated Kitava and gained access to the Epilogue. Talk to Lani there for a reward."

However, since I died and chose to resurrect after Kitava was dead outside the instance and re-entered, there was no other exit. Nor was there anyone to speak to.

We thought we'd try again. So we did it twice more. Once with me in town until Kitava was almost dead. And once with me there the whole time, avoiding death like you should, but neither of the repeats changed the outcome - I'm stuck without an Epilogue.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Well so I'm apparently dumb, when I went to the portal EPILOGUE was a choice so now I'm done with all that - Sorry!
