[3.2] Shield Throw Skill Mashup (Build of Week Entry)

Well what the heck here it goes. Shield throw is the skill, ranger is the class, and Deadeye the subclass.

This build is still an active work in progress, but thought I'd give it a go since its build of week entry time again (hoping im not too late).

Ethereal Knives - Added Fire / Empower - Controlled Destruction
Shield Throw - Maim - Phys Proj - Faster Attacks - Room for 2 more
(maimed enemies take global increased phys, applies to EK & of Blades enchants)

Leveling: Not recommended to try leveling this build with shield throw unless
A) You have Poet's Pen
B) A Nice shield

Titicus took me to level 67 where my upgrade shield doubled my dps and then some.

Desired Glove Enchantment: Of Blades

Concept:
Attacking with shield throw triggers Ethereal Knives, both skills chain and deal increased damage per chain remaining & additional chaos per chain that has occurred. Once Of Blades has been obtained, damage output should be even nicer as the MORE from remaining chain's via Ricochet applies.

For the most part boss clear's are extremely easy, the character design is presently tanky (and has room for growth, I have been using leveling uniques all the way from early acts, so when geared results are fairly tanky)

While this build is still a WIP, I thought I would try and sneak it in before the window for build of week closes (since builds don't NEED to be crazy powerful but fun, this actually applies to both so far)
