Account progress reset

Is there a way to completely reset account progress (achievements, Unlocked NPCS etc.)? I want a fresh start but I don't want to make a new account. I really don't like that progress is shared between characters of the same account. When I make a new character in a league I want the option to not share stash and npc progress (hideout ...). I made some progress in standard league years ago then quit the game. Now I want to play again but it bothers me that some NPCs are still there. I know it sounds dumb ... but it really bothers me.

In all honesty you are being dumb. Seems like you are trying to take the rpg part of the game way too seriously. They aren't going to do something like this because it goes against the whole design of the game. You are going to have to just play oen character each new league if you want that sort of fulfillment.

I mean I'm just asking. This feature is like the standard for most games. Every character is it's own story. Having some NPC talking about things I don't remember ruins the experience for me. Guess I'll go SSF then and migrate to standard afterwards. Does everything move if I migrate?

Yes, it does migrate to standard SSF after league ends (you can also convert to classic standard)
