screen too close please help

how to change the screen size? everything is too close i can not see a thing after 2 hours playing the game. I get dizzy and fall a sleep. I can not resize the screen from the options (only for borders) I checked.

Think your tv is to old.
Xbox one will auto pick the resolution, "1080p xbox one" And xbox one x seems to have pre coded 4k very much like the way a digital box can force your tv to get higher resolution then the tv got to offer.
So if your tv dont got true 1080, well then xbox one will pick whatever your tv has to offer.

My TV is SONY BRAVIA KD55XE8596 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED, but my xbox is the old xbox one.
