Bisco's Leash + Quantity Mechanics

Hello Everyone,

Lately, I've run into a lot of discussion regarding the Bisco's Leach and quantity interaction. I guess the main question is, does your quantity bonus apply to the rampage stacks that get spawned as a result of the kills you acquire?

Has anyone really tested this out? Curious as to what people's opinions/considerations are? Would help if anyone knew what GGG's thoughts are on the topic as well.

Cheers

you mean rarity? https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bisco%27s_Leash

the quant is only 5
Only a dumbass pays for a F2P game.
The belt (as linked above) gives you 5% Quantity, and (Current number of rampage kills)/15 % Rarity. This gets straightforwardly added with any other sources of IIQ/R you have, just like any other item.
Are you asking if the Rampage effects (the spears and explosions) are effected by your IIQ?

A streamer called Zizaran was talking about that the other day. He was saying that the Rampage effects are a league mechanic, like Tempest, and when they kill something, it's possible the mobs aren't effected by your IIQ--same as if they were killed by a tempest. Kind of makes sense. I mean, it's not like Lightpoacher which is an actual spell triggered from you.
