SSF Migration and no items came over?

Migrated all my characters over last night from SSF to abyss league and none of my items came over in my stash and it also reset all my masters back to level 1 and removed my hideout. Is this supposed to happen this way? I was under the impression all of that stuff would come over. My stash is completely empty.
