ACT 6 PART 1 OVERSEER KROW - LADDER ISSUE

Hi!

So I was in a party with a friend about to kill overseer Krow in ACT 6 when I died - I had to waypoint back into the fray but my friend killed him just as I arrived/just as I was loading up.

As such he managed to kill him and I didn't, and so the ladder descended and he was allowed into the Overseers Tower. I tried to follow but it wouldn't show me the entrance-link, and my mission status kept telling me that I had to kill Krow (even though he was already dead).

I left the party, logged out, logged in, tried portalling, waypointing, but it kept telling me I had to kill Krow. I can see the ladder and Krow is obviously dead in the area but I'm stuck in ACT 6 PART 1 with no idea how to get through to the next part.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do/who to contact?
