#1 life based MF helm [Tornado Shot Enchant]

All previous Tier 1 MF helms are from before the dreaded ES nerfs of 2017. My windripper was life based so decided to craft one myself, this is only 6 life total away from highest possible on this rare, as well as some nice fire resist.
