GAME FREEZES

So ever since 3.1.2 update the game freezes every time I try and load into the minds level 2 area in act 4 I'm currently running Ryzen 7 1700 at 3.7ghz 16gbs of ram also have a gtx 1070 any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

now its happening in the crystal mines where I get stuck on the loading screen

I meant crystal veins

now its doing it every time I load into an area
