Can Elder appear more than once at a time over the Atlas?

So, I've been trying to get the Elder to spawn in a yellow map for the challenge but the bastard took a white map instead.
Well, with that unfortunate event, I decided to leave the white maps where he and his guardians spawned alone and started to try to amplify his influence over yellow maps, hoping I could get him to take the yellow maps as well. After getting a bunch of yellow maps influenced by him, it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone confirm of it is possible to have more than one Elder spawned in the Atlas at a time? Nope. You have to clear him out and restart the process.
Trying to get him on specific maps/tiers is complete RNG. ~Myth |
