Can't receive party invites or create parties, help?

I've been getting this weird glitch for over 3 days. When I invite someone to my party, the notification in the right side doesn't appear. Some guys, when they invite me, get "This operation requires the account to be logged in" or "This account doesn't exist". They can't access my HO. This has been affecting my trading, my social interactions in game and much more. I sent an email to techsupport@grindinggear.com, but I've not received an answer. I'd love some help.

" account stuff is handled over email only, just wait until they respond, may take a while. mailing again will send you to the back of the waiting queue. my best guess is that you got flagged for botting or suspicious behaviour. i'm sure things clear up after they had a look. offline

Oh, well thanks for the tip. Everything should be just fine, but I'm so bored tbh. I want to trade and buy, do rushes, but can't.

As of today, problem persists. Still no answer from the support. What should I do?

continue waiting. If you email them again it will reset you in the Que.
