J!NX create the t-shirts then ship them directly to supporters.
The cloth Atlas gets made by a different company who ship them out to GGG. GGG then begin shipping them out to individual players, signing some as appropriate. “Please understand that imposing strong negative views regarding our team on to other players when you are representing our most helpful forum posters is not appropriate.” — GGG 2022

I ordered Redeemer pack at 9th december and still didn't receive cloth map.
