[BUG] Shaper's Memory Fragment did NOT drop

I had a Shaper's guardian manifest in Shaped Vault, being at 10/15 fragments. In the atlas the map had a blue circle and stated that a memory fragment would drop there. Killed the guardian, deathless, nothign special happened, dropped no fragment. Checked loot filter off, but it didn't drop. Zana doesn't give me another T9 Orb.
Edit: Guardian was River of Hysteria, if this is any relevant.

Had exactly the same issue. Only guardian was not the same. My was Constrictor.

tried again, Guardian on Shaped Vault, No Fragment again. Seems to be an issue with shaped maps?

I think there is a % chance that it will drop?

I am at 14/15, they didn't seem to always drop even with the indicator.

i got same bug at Shaped Bog T15.

Just did armoury boss 3 times and didnt drop any fragment ...

same happened to me, standing at 10/15 fragments, killed the guardians with the memory fragments inside and nothing dropped

This seems to be an active bug.

This was my scenario.

I was 11/15 and had the elder for the first time in red maps (First Red Map Elder Kill)

ALL the guardians had a blue circle and indicated they each had a memory fragment (so that's 4 memory fragments in total)

This would give all 15 I thought and I would be done.

However one of the guardians did NOT drop there memory fragment.

now I'm at 14/15 memory fragments even after killing all 4 guardians and elder.

Now after this my thought process was ok... I guess the last fragment is randomly on one of the maps when its elder influenced.

Well, This is apparently NOT the case as I hand wrote ALL tier 1-15 maps. As I saw them become elder influenced I marked them off the list.

As of Jan 2, I OFFICIALLY have made ALL TIER 1 - TIER 15 MAPS influenced and NONE have had the last memory fragment.

This is in ADDITION to 4 more red tier elder kills - 2 yellow tier kills - and 2 white tier kills.

I also tried to spread the elder influence across ALL maps however this is impossible as after 5-6 maps once the elder and his guardians appears he will sort of "lock" the maps that are influenced in play

There is literally NOTHING i haven't tried at this point =\

Same here. Shaped Vault too.

Come to think of it.... I believe my the map that I didn't get the memory fragment from WAS shaped Vaults (tier14) as well.

Maybe this has something to do with that map or maps in general that are shaped.

Maybe this is the info GGG needs to fix it =)
