mouse click macro for faster trading legal?

Hi there.
so i recently starting trading currency such as alterations to exalts and i have seen a couple people clicking 3 times as fast as i do to put currency in trade window.
after asking one person how to click faster and telling him i have seen people click 3 times as fast (WHICH DOES NOT SEEM POSSIBLE) i was told they are probably using mouse click macros.
so i was wondering, is it legal to use such macros for PoE since they are technically 1 action per click but you can click things into the trade window way faster than normal.

i do not wish to take any risks of getting my account banned and i do not wish to play a legalty game here, but i also want to be able to trade a lot more efficiently since i love poe and spend a lot of time with it. if there are any valued posters, experienced users or even official moderators who could give me a confirmation on this, that would be great.

are 2-4 times faster clicking mouse macros legal for poe trading?

No, using something like that would be against the game automation rules.

That being said, just because people click faster than you doesn't instantly mean they're using a program to do it. Some people are just that fast at clicking.

Just in case you weren't aware of this: ctrl+click an item in your inventory places it into the trade window instantly without having to move it there.

mouse accuracy, clicking speed and reaction speed i guess... then there is no helping it.
also, how would i be able to trade if i didn't know you could ctrl+click?
