Chat Problems :(

Hey!

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes! :)

I have 3 chars. 1 on standard sc. 2 on abyss sc. For some reason 2 of my chars whispers & global, guild chat interaction etc don't work anymore. (have tested it with a friend who never got the messages even though i clearly sent them on the 2 chars that don't work anymore.) Have tried with many random players running around too. I get no reply's. however my 3rd char works fine and other players/friends get my messages.

1 char: MooMooFarms Level 95 Beserker. Standard League: Whispers aren't working & no reply's from global etc.

2 char: MooMoos Level 61 Slayer. Abyss League: Same problem as 1 char. Whispers/Global don't work etc.

3 char: MentalMoos Level 26. Abyss League: Chat/whispers/guild etc works fine on this char.

Anyone else had this problem before? Would greatly appreciate some help in advance! :)

You might need to e-mail support@grindinggear.com. As you’re able to message people we know that your account hasn’t been muted, so I’d assume they’ve recently implemented a new chat filter which is censoring messages from your MooMoo names. Perhaps an RMT company recently spammed messages which resembled them and you’re unintended collateral damage. Support are busy atm so unfortunately they’re a bit slower to respond than normal.

It’s kind of an amoosing problem if you think about it... :P
