getting power charges has become way too easy to sacrifice 2 stats on your weapon for it. there are way too many other stats that would be better on it. the staff is not good. sorry

i don't see the *imba* part .. power charge on crit is useless since u have so many ways to get powercharges anyway.. any mediocre spell dagger+shield is better than this
