Tool to calculate time to reach certain level

I'm wondering if there's a tool, website, formula whatever to calculate how long it would take to reach a certain level, say from 80 to 100 based on the in-game XP per hour information. I'm currently doing around 94 million/hour using my Heirophant Frost Totem build. Is that by the way considered good/bad?

The thing is that your exp/hour will change everytime you level up. Exp penalty will cut it everytime.

94m/h at 80 isn't good then again could be worse xD
