Stuck in loading screen

At random area switches, the loading screen will spin its wheels and then disapear. it will forever stay on the loading screen. no error messages or nothing just loading screen, i have not been messing around with any settings lately and have never had this happen before, it started this last week or so.
ps windows did install a content update recently don't know if that could have any effect on poe anyone have a fix for this ? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2017, 10:44:31 AM
