My Character Info doesnt work

Hello!
A few days ago, I verified my account to my mail. Additionally I wasnt logged in to your Site for some years. Now, sadly the only character shown on my profile is "Heagwul" lvl 24 standard league, which I played a couple of years ago (like my 1st char) and further deleted him felt like shortly after creating. That confuses me. Certainly, my actual character isnt available or possible to check for gear info.
