Need help connecting to my poe server (Australia)

So the game kicked me off when I was playing with some friends. I had trouble getting back on but eventually I did and tried to rejoin friends in the map only to be kicked off when I tried to enter an abyss tunnel. After that it wouldn't let me get past the login button (the whole thing has been super weird up until this point with logins failing at every step). Even had trouble connecting to our Sydney based Discord. I tried contacting OPTUS and got absolutely nothing from them. I've got a laptop and tried running winMTR on both desktop and laptop and both have the same issues with au.login.pathofexile.com . Routing Ip's don't show up at all, all I see is a bunch of periods (.) and "No response from host" followed by au.login.pathofexile.com at the very end. What does this all mean?

BTW before posting this I just managed to get on and into my hideout, I closed the game down, but now the problem still persists and I can't get past the login button.

I have the EXACT same problem, i disconnected from the game then couldnt connect to discord or the game, i can now connect to discord but i still can't connect to the game, I also made a thread a few minutes ago.

Yes I can connect to discord again I think let me check... NVM it's super temperamental still. I notice discord is coming up with "No Route" so that's still messed up too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm from perth, 6019. what about you? could it be an error in the area or is it some other craziness?


TLDR; I am having trouble connecting to the login server, and when that works, I'm having trouble connecting to the "instance" ... so loading in a character.


It is as if the line is having trouble routing to other places and because POE is an instance game (have to keep loading the new connection to new maps) it's especially hard right now for me.
