What did you expect?
You defeated the elder and now his influence is gone. However, I'm quite certain that it can appear again, since one challenge is to defeat the elder in a white, a yellow and a red map. You'll probably have to clear some of the Shaper's influence now, so that the Elder can get his influence up again. Bird lover of Wraeclast
