Bountiful Traps Not Triggered

Prophecy Bountiful Traps did not trigger. I'm in a lookout map and cleared all mobs and boss. Saw only one strongbox. Attached is a screenshot.

This has happened to me as well. Lookout map consumes the Bountiful Traps prophecy but contains no strongboxes.

Happened to me too just now on Lookout.. Not one stongbox spawn

Same issue here. Lookout Activated the prophecy but no strong boxes at all.
