Help With Trading

I can't seem to cancel a trade agreement; as in the left d-pad doesn't cancel the trade. I have a bunch of items like this, and I can't offer on any other items. Please help me if I'm misguided.

re-logging usually fix it for me, maybe try hard resetting your xbox ?
btw you should post this in the bug forum if you still need help | |

Log out of the game, then back in, usually fixes it.
