Strand Map shows act 1 quests

As stated in title, the Strand Map displays the quests for Act 1 below the map mods...
Not that important, but a bit annoying, just adds to the clutter of effects in certain situations.

That was the first map this appeared in, but I had the same in a Volcano Map and now in a Spider Lair Map after - went to grab those two random skillgems, now it seems fine again...
Whatever procced those two quests to haunt me in maps?
