Bleed scaling is not working with weight of the emperor.

I tested my ruthless lvl 13 (99% more ) with Heavy strike and compared the maximal bleed (100 try) with the maximal bleed with weight of the emperor (double dmg). And weight of emperor is only working on the initial hit and not the bleed.
