Can't join map from party member - don't see portals

I played with a friend a beachhead map and got some trouble as i want to go back to the hideout. My game crashed and my friend stays in map. I relog, got an invite, accept it, teleport to the hideout, but no map portals are shown. It should be 4 portals left and my friend hasn't leave the map.

I was the friend mentioned by OP. (It was my hideout, my map device)

Here are my screenshots




I had to quit the game to exit the map (seen in screenshot 2).
No portals were active after rebooting game.

Your hideout instance either crashed or expired. How long were you in the map?
