[Help] Credit purchase

I bought credits yesterday, more than 20 hours by credit card, the amount was discounted at the time and "Boa Compra" still have not confirmed the transaction. How could this happen in 2017? Was not the advantage of buying by credit card to be deposited on time? I got in touch with their support and gave me several ragged excuses and have not solved it yet, it's a prehistoric system .....
what should i do? i want to buy things in sales and they don't want to confirm the transaction

Unfortunately for payment issues I can only suggest e-mailing support@grindinggear.com.

Although if Path of Exile is available on Steam in your region, that would open up additional payment options with a different provider. You could link your accounts, ask GGG to cancel the pending purchase, and buy things through Steam instead. This would, however, necessitate installing the Steam version of Path of Exile. Dunno if that's worth it to you.

i have one queston about linking accounts,i started to play via steam,but create another account after witouth steam,in my steam i have one account with 200 hours,in this account(the one i using now) i have way more hours and way more things
if i link the accounts,the characters and stashes will be merged or i loose the items from steam?

It will not merge two separate Path of Exile accounts.

i can delete the steam poe account? to merge the current one after?
