Hideout Gone

After the latest race, my hideout is gone and I can't seem to find any masters. Is this typical? How do I get my masters back to remake my hideout?

Some of the migration process requires server downtime.

It's been about 5 days ... any estimate of when the hideout and masters will come over to Standard from Turmoil? Can't play in Standard without a hideout (maps is way to involved to go through the epilogue).
