[Chieftain] FIRESTORM Totems - Theory Craft.

I am theory crafting a build. And would like advice.

Ive somewhat tested another version of this on standard with a 4link soul mantle and less then optimum tree as I didn't have currency to respect the tree.

I do think this build would work though. If anyone has the gear and respect avail and wants to test this please let me know.
