Achievements 81/82 "Paradigm Shift" Glitched Help me GGG

Help me GGG. I Played for 1309 hrs, 16 mins and have 81 achievements out of 82 won. And I spent a lot of my money on microtransaction features to give support to the company.
So, I would like to ask for a help in the official forum, to help me a fix a bug from achievement "Paradigm Shift" (Allocate a Keystone Passive Skill.) I already try this: 01. Created an new char and play again and allocated a another keystone; 02. Make an hard reset; 03. Delete and downloading my account some times; 04. Make an factory reset in my xbox; 05. Finally try play an new char an another xbox one; Nothing working. And I'm here looking for help from the company to try to get the 100% of achievements unlocked. Because it does not depend on me now. Thanks for your report. I'm looking into having the functionality added to recheck_achievements as the PC has. Sometimes the achievement server may lose connection and cause an achievement to not be unlocked when the criteria is met, which appears to be the case here. | |
