Crafting a crystal belt

I have this belt
and I am wondering about if it is worth trying to craft further and in that case how to go about it.

Any input would be valuable.

Put 22 WED on it and call it a day.

I do not understand what else you could do with it.

you can have 2 more prefixs on it, choices are [increased ele damages] [+armor] [reflect physical dmg] [increased mana flask recovery] [increased life flask recovery] [energy shield]

depends on your needs, you can craft a shitty mod that you would not like to be on it first, then just slam and pray for the right mod to pop, finally if all goes well you can remove the crafted mod and put on a useful one.
