Unable to patch client

Hello,
I am trying to update my game since last night but no luck. Two times it downloaded the patch to 99.98 % then freezed for 30 minutes. After that i decides to delete content.ggpk and client downloaded it again but still no luck. i want to ask is it possible for somebody to upload the already patched content.ggpk as a torrent or on google drive or wherever is it possible. TIA!
