Lost chest content during transfer characters to garena and back.

Hello. In past i want to play PoE on russian servers with Garena. It was a mistake, unfortunetely. I transfer my account on Garena servers. Later Garena stops suppport PoE and my accoutns was moved back. Now, after long time a desided continue playing your, no doubt, awesome game, i didn`t find any item in chest. Can you fix it, please? Only weared items are survive.
