map Tier3 Vaults of Atziri-Vaal Pyramid

Have Unique map. Fromm what I read there are no monsters? In the quote the Queen says her treasures are released on her death. Have not yet met the queen so can I assume that the chests would be locked if I used the map now. Is what I am asking a spoiler or am I overthinking this one?

From a story standpoint she has been dead quite a while.
