play with frames rendered ahead (pre-rendered frames) option on nvidia control panel
sometimes increasing above default 3 can give you an extra 10 fps

disable all anti-aliasing bloom and shadows and disable vertical sync, use trilinear filtering (uses less video memory than anisotropic i believe)
