When i play/enter POE my connection is gone, After PC restart its coming back

YES THIS PROBLEM OCCURED ONLY WHEN IM ENTERING POE, totally no problem when im not entering POE

i made my character and was finally enjoying game a lot but now this is my problem for 14 days i cant login because in the login screen my connection lost.

With my laptop i can still play POE with same modem and it's connection.

Maybe its because of virus but i tried everything, "combofix ", "antivirus and malware programs", "deleting game and setup from steam" and still having this problem.

I even changed my harddrive and installed new windows and also changed modem and Eternet cable still same problem.

Actually after i changed my harddrive and install new windows there was no disconnection of internet for 10-15 days but now its happening again..


PLEASE HELP ME :'( i want to play this game with my main pc not my laptop belongs to company where i work.

How is your computer connected to the modem?

If wirelessly or with powerline adapters, have you tested with an Ethernet cable?

I understand that using an Ethernet cable long-term may not be practical, but knowing whether or not the problem happened while doing so would give us more information. The more information we have, the easier it is to identify the problem and come up with a fix. :)

Have you managed to get to the Character Selection screen? Also, does this issue persist across multiple gateways?

i cant manage to get Character Selection screen and send a mail to that adress and yes all gateways give same problem
